She manages to evade the light of an Eye and runs past the playroom and bathroom faster than he can keep up with. To escape the cells, she is seen climbing down a bed-sheet rope, the same one that Six later used to enter the same area While following the Flashlight Girl, the Runaway Kid falls down a vent in the floor that had most likely been opened by her. After coming to the bottom, the girl is nowhere to be seen, but her flashlight can be found on the ground. As the Runaway Kid continues to the right, he will find a smeared trail of black goo leading up to a wall made of wood with a child's black handprint next to its entrance. Beyond this entrance lies a Leech. This may imply that she was either eaten by the Leech or at the very least struggled with it. After continuing onward, the Runaway Kid can spot what appears to have been her dress lying on the edge of a body of water. Much later, a sack of meat hanging from the ceiling can be found with a child's arm hanging out of it. This may also be the Flashlight Girl.
