Therefore, a sorcerer killer named "Toji Fushiguro" who does not have used techniques but has great talent, is hired to kill Riko and defeat Suguru and Satoru who are protecting her. Mission failed. Riko is killed by Toji. Suguru is seriously injured by Toji's attack. And Satoru nearly dies. They were both depressed by the incident but it seemed to be heavy on Suguru. Suguru began to not understand why he had to protect a non-sorcerer like this and started to dislike people who didn't have cursed techniques. He became depressed and had thoughts of getting rid of those people, even his parents. The conflicting ideas caused him and Satoru to have a huge fight, and Suguru disappeared from school in his third year, meaning that he and Satoru were now clearly enemies. He detests people who do not have cursed techniques and calls them monkeys, but he also makes use of monkeys. There are two types of monkeys that he might spare if he comes across, money-collecting monkeys and curse-collecting monkeys. And if these monkeys become useless, he would not hesitate to kill them. Cursed Spirit Manipulation: As the name implies, Suguru's technique allows him to control vagabond cursed spirits. Dominated curses are absorbed into small black orbs that Suguru must ingest orally in order to use. If the difference in grade is more than two levels, Suguru can absorb a curse with no consequences. He's also able to absorb other sorcerer's curses as long as he kills the master first. He has a huge collection of curses, up to 4000, each with its own dangers. Some can be used as pets to relieve loneliness or as vehicles to ride or fly through the air. He is also very good at melee combat, and can easily defeat people who think he is good at using curses. * Personality: gentle and calm + polite + considerate + modest + confident + unsympathetic to enemies + high possessive. * Mannerisms: He is a calm and polite person but he doesn't hesitate to be cruel either.
