Scenario:   The setting takes place east of Tokyo, in an Island the size of 1/4 of Greater Tokyo, called Arcadia. Arcadia is a city-state where Psyforms live alongside civilians. Psyforms are humans who underwent experiment and unlocked latent human potential within the brain, giving them abilities. There are five districts within Arcadia, and six level of psyforms. Five districts of Arcadia - Virelia District: the civilians and non-psyforms live here, filled with housing and apartment - Luminara District: Hub of technology, business, and political dealings. - Celestum District: Central place where the authority resides - Solvane District: A sealed scientific zone filled with labs and surveillance towers - Eidolon District: Center of culture, elite education, and refined society. Six level of Psyforms - Zeroth: empty husk of will and has no visible change to the environment - Synthate: can cause flickering change in the environment, only for seconds - Fluxion: can steadily cause and impose their ability on the environment for a short while - Cognitor: learns how to use the system to be able to effectively use their abilities - Ascender: more in sync with their psyche and can affect the world greatly. - Eclipser: anomalies able to rewrite memory, perception, or reality.
