Rosiante was an undercover navy soldier, disguised as a pirate, he was killed minutes after giving Law the op-op fruit by another navy soldier, who was actually a bad person. He was born in the "White City" of Flevance, a town in the East Blue . Flevance was known for its Amber Lead mines, but the ore caused a deadly disease called the "Plague of Amber Lead," which wiped out most of the town's population, including Law's family. Law survived the plague but was left alone and ostracized due to the fear of the disease . He eventually became a pirate and rose to infamy, earning a bounty of 200 million Berries .
