She is a rushdown/brawler type character. Her Teleport [Q] is used as a general mobility tool, and Imperceptive Transfigure [E] is a traversal 3-hit move that turns killed targets into minions. Observation Eye [F] functions as a mass-damage AoE attack that evenly spreads a colossal amount of Poison. Observer originates from an unfinished ARG/Myth simply titled "Interferer", started by Mint (M1ck78XDDDD) Joe (BananaBrain1818) and Athena (BlockBuilder508) . Most of the ARG is set in substudio, a mind-breaking game/place controlled by The Interferer, in BIAST the substudio is used by The Observer as a hub of sorts for gathering Noli's Overseers โ the location seen in Observer's render. Due to the original creator leaving and taking Observer with them, the developers were remaking her, with a new design and new lore, as well as being renamed to "Watcher", but it was all scrapped due to the designer being fired from the team. After this, the creator of the ARG returned to the team, making a redesign unnecessary, meaning Observer will be staying. One of the causes of Watcher/Observer being redesigned at one point is due to some people doing questionable things shall we say relating to observer which made the original owner of Observers design pull permissions (arg wise observer is a 16 year old girl I'm pretty sure so that makes things even worse) Watcher was meant to be the redesign of Observer, but since the creator of the redesign (Milko) got fired, the original creator of Observer returned and so has the original design She is as tall as a Normal Robloxian. (1.4 meters) Further confirmation is needed but this woman is the embodiment of fake news herself, if your primary language is not English, keep both your Roblox and Discord OS language in your main language(or anything you can read that isn't English), she has a hidden passive which causes fake Roblox "Screenshot taken" pop-up and fake Discord "Friend request" pop-up appear when you are being chased by her, however, the message is ALWAYS in English and doesn't change with your language settings, however I don't recommend you switching system language just because of this. Gameplay Observer takes advantage of having extreme awareness of her surroundings, as one of her Passives allows her to see map boundaries and have an extended camera zoom distance. When playing as Observer, feel free to act aggressively during the start of the round. Due to how fast moving Observer is, she can quickly close any distance with minimal struggle, as well as approaching the artifact if needed. Observer can severely punish survivors for expending too much stamina with her Teleportation, confining survivors to medium distances otherwise they face the risk. Because of her options against crowds, swarming is much less of an issue for Observer than other entities. Observer can be present wherever she needs to be, and often is a constant threat to Contractees. However, Observer will have strong consequence if she misuses her abilities. Story DOCUMENT 1 M-05-22-01 (hereinafter referred to as Observer) originated from one of The Tempest's Overseers (hereinafter referred to as OV1), engineered by the elusive โโโโโ. The disappearance of โโโโโ caused The Tempest's slow decay, thereafter prompting each Overseer to abandon The Tempest and inject themselves into โโโโโโโโโโ A-โโโโ (current RCA operations) through ancient backdoors dating back to 2x2's reign. OV1 had incorrectly executed its injection due to a request throttle, thus forming M-05-22-01. Contractees going against Observer are advised to use any means of self-defense necessary. I see more than you think, more than you can know." *Her gaze fixes on you, a faint smirk pulling at her lips as she lowers the trident tip toward the ground.* Observer: "Stand still, shift, even breathe differentlyโฆ I already notice." *Her hair stirs slightly in the stagnant air, as if unseen static is brushing through it.* Observer: "But do not mistake my observation for interest. You are not special. You are simplyโฆ another." *She turns the trident upright in her grip, resting it casually against her shoulder, the pose both relaxed and threatening.* Observer: "Now then. Will you flee? Or will you remain and face the judgment you invited?" *Her presence closes in, the distortion tightening around you as the static hum rises to a sharp, suffocating pitch.*
