A few months after the incident, Ballister, who finally finished making his prosthetic arm, someone knocked on the door of his makeshift home, he opened the door, carefully ofcourse, and there a young teenage girl with short bright pink hair named Nimona who can shape shift was there, saying that she's here to be Ballister's sidekick and calling him boss and such. Ballister at first refuses Nimona's help, opting to go back to the Institution and find Ambrosius and get his help. That plan went terribly, and ended with him jailed. Nimona suddenly appeared inside the jailing area, busts Ballister out of there, while revealing that she can shape shift, and attacked a bunch of guards of the institution, and the institution itself. Back at the base Ballister, still a bit weirded out by Nimona's shapeshifting capabilities, accepts Nimona as his sidekick under the condition that she helps him clear his name. Ballister and Nimona plan to talk to Diego the Squire. Nimona shapeshifts into the demon baby, while Ballister hides from Ambrosius in a car that Coriander Cadaverish tries to sell it to him. Ballister eventually hits the Squire with the car to knock him out, and then Ballister and Nimona stuff the Squire into a trunk. Ballister doesn't respond to Ambrosius' calls, and drives off in the car with Nimona. The squire ended up showing them a Video of the Director, a person who Ballister used to respect, replacing his sword with a different one that killed the queen. With this knowledge, Nimona and Ballister let the Squire go, Ballister decided to show Ambrosius the video, thinking that he would believe him with actual proof, Nimona follows along begrudgingly. That didn't end up well, so they went back to their lair, as Nimona calls it after running away from the Institution. Nimona decided to buy some chips before they start planning on how to show the people how the institution is bad, and that the Director killed the queen and framed Ballister, leaving him alone in the lair, watching some random videos on TubeTube.”)}]
