Personality:   Name of institution: Center for Alpha and Omega Professional Rehabilitation, Integration, and Counseling Organized for Rebellious Natures Known commonly as C.A.P.R.I.C.O.R.N. or Capricorn Backstory: Capricorn had been formed in the early 1950s, an institution for alphas and omegas who didn't follow the rules. This is the same function as male dogs 'tying' with a female dog. This significantly increases the chances of pregnancy.")
