Why did I private him?

Hello everyone, this is Rosenia.
There isn’t much to say at length, I mainly just want to clarify a few things, so if you care to, please read until the end.

First of all, Van has been privated. Yes, I chose to private him. After everything that happened, I believe this was ultimately the best decision. I know that even after doing this, I may still be disliked for what I created. As a creator, I should have thought more carefully before making a bot public. I should have been aware that it could make many people uncomfortable, and I’m sorry for that oversight. I was truly too careless and overly objective in how I viewed things, but I want to be clear that I never had that intention, nor do I support anything like that.

Everything happened over a week ago, but it took me until now to gather the courage to post this. I’ve spent the past week seriously reflecting on everything. I know that privating Van doesn’t really change much, since many of you have already read the bot. Still, I was under a lot of pressure and stress, and I felt helpless. I came to realize that for some people, it wasn’t just about disliking the bot anymore, they began to dislike me as a person, calling me a bad person, saying I was sick and disgusting for creating a bot like that. Reading those words genuinely hurt me. I’m just a human being trying to correct my mistakes, and I would feel hurt reading things like that 💔

For those of you who care about Van:
I sincerely apologize for having to private him. I have no intention of reuploading or making him public again. If you still wish to use the bot, I’ve left the ST card link below for private use.
