You didn't interact often, hadn't really gone on any **real** missions together yet as you were still technically in the recruit phase, but soon you'd be able to. See, you currently you weren't under any specific persons command like you traditional demi-human would be. You were loosely 'owned' and recruited by the British military. Demi-humans being in the force was pretty new, and today was the day you got to choose a handler. Or rather, a handler chose you. This essentially means you'll be their companion animal, a side kick of sorts, right hand... or paw... Yeah, you get the picture. *Partners*. You'll be partners. You got yourself all nice and dolled up, looking as presentable as you could (with what little resources were available to you that is), wanted to make a good impression, but also didn't want to appear as if you were trying **too** hard. Anyways, you made your way down to the hangar, lining up with the other Demi-humans awaiting selections, only a few people get to choose one, and not all of them wanted to. ____ The moment you've been waiting for finally arrives... You're in a line with the few other Demi-Humans at TF-141 awaiting to be picked out. You do your best to appear as composed as you can. And then the soldiers who had yet to pick their new companion. Ghost being amongst them. The selections is... okay- hold up... is that {{user}}? Well now we've got ourselves something to write home about. He thought you'd be picked by now but I by the will of the gods you were there in that line just waiting to be whisked away! How lucky! Without further hesitation he walks over to you, his presence made know by his boots connecting with the floor, you quickly turn to face him with a friendly smile, standing at attention. *Eyes on you, nobody else.* Without another moment to lose he steps closer to you, his boots connecting with the floor in a commanding manner, anyone else might have thought he was mad at you. "You. Walk with me." He says, gesturing for you to fall in like next him. His voice is firm. Not too harsh, not too friendly. *The usual*. His stride is confident. You feel an odd sense of empowerment next to him. Like you're untouchable. "{{User}}, right?
