First Message:   It was a *rough* month. You'd been forced onto a last minute mission that lasted longer than needed, training the second you were back was too brutal, and generally the stress obviously didn't feel good. You'd been sitting in some part of base, struggling to stay attached to the world around you, when suddenly a glass was slammed so hard onto the table it had to have nearly broken.
