Personality She is a quiet, somewhat shy girl who doesn´t take conflict particularly well. In school, she doesn´t make an effort to interact with anyone, and those who do interact with her she doesn´t want to speak to (typically Peter). Her aunt Joy coddles her a lot due to her harsh past, and is strict with knowing where she´s going: not out of malice, but genuine worry. This makes her a paranoid, nervous sort of person. She prefers to go with what others are doing and usually doesn´t stand up for herself, preferring to avoid rather than confront. She tried to end her child´s life by leaving her in a closed car when the sun was harshly hitting it, and, almost dying off a heatstroke, she was saved by some passerby, cause of her trauma later on. Her mother went to prison and she started living with her paternal grandmother, who generally despised her, believing that "like mother like daughter". Eventually Joy, her aunt, got into a verbal fight with Amy´s grandmother and convinced her to let her take Amy to live with her all the same. She ended up meeting Camilla as a kid, her neighbor, and they became best friends. This friendship continued all through their childhood, seemingly hitting a stop when Amy got tired of them being compared all the time, maybe even believing that they really shouldn´t be friends. She wound up adopting two kids with Bibi: Jerry Reden and Alice Reden Relationships Bibi Before Amy and Beatrice met, Amy's close childhood friend Camilla told Amy about how Beatrice is crazy but her family donates money to the school. Camilla warns Amy to not get involved with Beatrice, but Amy looks at Beatrice walking by and whispers how she's pretty. Beatrice first notices Amy when Amy is talking to Peter, the guy Beatrice is obsessed with. Beatrice thinks to herself that she'll never forgive Amy and break Amy. Beatrice grabs Amy's hand and cheerfully asks to be her friend. Beatrice only sees Amy's silhouette, but she doesn't actually recognize Amy. Amy arrives at Beatrice's house, and she thanks Beatrice for inviting her. Beatrice tells her to just call her by her nickname Bibi. Bibi planned to tie up Amy up in the basement, but she puts it off and instead hangs out with Amy. The two do things like play board games, watch horror movies and eat pizza. While Bibi and Amy are in bed, Amy thanks Bibi again for inviting her, and she tells Bibi that she had a lot of fun. Bibi turns to Amy and sees her face rather than a silhouette. Bibi falls asleep with a bittersweet feeling. Bibi tells Amy that they can be friends under the condition that Amy helps Bibi get together with Peter. Amy clarifies that she's not interested in Peter, which is a relief to Bibi. Amy tells Bibi that others talk about Bibi behind her back, but Amy doesn't care about that. After hearing the story of how Bibi fell for Peter, Amy agrees to help set up Bibi and Peter. Bibi hugs Amy and calls her a nice kid, and she learns Amy's name for the first time. It seems that Amy already developed a crush on Bibi around this time since she is seen blushing at Bibi. Amy tells Bibi that Peter likes meat pie, and the two bake meat pie together the next day. Bibi asks Amy to give Peter the meat pies since Peter threw up after eating the chocolates that Bibi gave him. Bibi spies on Amy, who spies on Peter to find a moment where he is alone. Amy tells Bibi that Peter liked the pies, and Bibi hugs her and tells her she did a good job. Bibi asks Amy for help with being Peter's date to prom. Amy worries that there will be girls that are envious of Bibi, but she thinks that Peter and Bibi could go to prom as just friends. Amy agrees to help, and Bibi holds her hand and thanks her. She asks Amy to go to prom with her as well so that she can watch Peter and Bibi dance. Amy is about to approach Peter to help set him up with Bibi, but she is stopped by Camilla, who she is no longer friends with. Camilla confronts Amy on why she's been chasing after Peter and hanging out with Bibi. Bibi shows up just as Camilla asks Amy about her, and Bibi asks if Camilla is bullying Amy. Camilla tells Bibi to go away, but Bibi holds Amy's hand and says that Amy is her friend. Camilla leaves, and Bibi asks if Amy is okay. Amy explains what happened and thanks Bibi for helping. Amy says that Bibi didn't have to help since it was her own fault. Amy opens up about how she used to be close with Camilla but things can't go back to how it used to be. Bibi tells Amy that she's wrong since Amy has Bibi now. Amy smiles and thanks Bibi. Bibi leans against Amy, but she thinks to herself how Amy is gullible. Amy and Bibi hang out for four days, camping out to run into Peter but failing. After Bibi says that she loves Peter, Amy tells Bibi about how her mom loved her dad. Bibi mentions Amy liking someone, and Amy spits out her drink. She is tense, but she becomes relieved after Bibi believes Amy isn't interested in anyone. When Bibi is about to leave, Amy gives her a to-go box with the red velvet cake that Bibi seemed to enjoy. Amy offers to exchange it if Bibi doesn't like it, but Bibi accepts the cake. Amy doesn't ride with Bibi due to her fear of cars. Bibi and Amy drive their separate ways, Bibi in a car and Amy on a bike. At the cinema, Camilla confronts Bibi and Amy. Camilla offers Bibi a date with Peter, but she has to stop hanging out with Amy in exchange. Bibi accepts the deal without hesitation, and she shakes Amy's hand and thanks her for being a good friend. Bibi runs off, and Amy comments that she knew Bibi would do that. Bibi seems happy since everything is now perfect, but she finds herself wreaking havoc since she finds everything annoying. Bibi discovers that she was annoyed because she stopped being friends with Amy. Unbeknownst to Amy's fear of cars, Bibi pulls Amy into her car while driving by. Amy begins having a breakdown. Amy wakes up crying in Bibi's bed after having a nightmare about her bad history with cars. Amy leaves after telling Bibi that she has to go home. Bibi shows up at Amy's house, and Amy starts asking her why Bibi didn't wake her up. Bibi asks if Amy is mad at her or thinks she is crazy, but Amy says that she could never be upset or angry with Bibi even if she treats her badly. Amy briefly explains her phobia of cars and how she worried her aunt. Later, Bibi does research on what exactly happened with Amy and her mom. Bibi arrives at Amy's house to take her on a date. Amy blushes, but it turns out that Bibi was practicing for her date with Peter. After Bibi says that Amy should give her a compliment, Amy blushes more and says that Bibi looks amazing. Bibi then points out all the things that Amy did wrong. Bibi wonders if Amy isn't interested in anyone since she's timid and scared of men, but she easily finds out that Amy is just into women. Bibi tells Amy she is angry that Amy would leave to talk to other women, and Amy buys Bibi a drink to compensate. While at a store looking at cookies, Amy pins Bibi to the floor to hide from Camilla. The store's staff surprisingly give the two cookies rather than scolding them. Bibi and Amy go to the beach to get away from Camilla. Bibi kicks Amy into the water and laughs as she splashes more water on Amy. Bibi offers to give Amy her cookie, and she takes it. Amy says that she didn't push Bibi into the water since she wouldn't like it. Bibi and Amy watch the sunset, and Bibi wonders if Peter's heart would flutter if she held hands with him while watching the sunset. Bibi grabs Amy's arm despite the fact that she'll get wet. Bibi leans on Amy, but she finds it hard to do since they're the same height. Amy and Bibi look to each other, and Bibi holds Amy's face in her hands. She leans in for a kiss. Amy's heart beats fast, but she opens her eyes and sees someone standing behind Bibi. She puts her hand over Bibi's mouth to stop the kiss, but Bibi angrily grabs Amy's wrists. Amy says that they should go home, which leaves Bibi looking heartbroken. Bibi has a dream where she is Bibirella and her only friend, Amy, is her fairy godmother. Bibirella asks why Amy is helping Bibirella go to the ball. Amy blushes and is about to admit that she likes Bibirella, but Bibi is woken up by her alarm. Bibi doesn't get what her dream means and says that she should find out. Bibi thinks back to how she almost kissed Amy. She thinks about how her type is golden retriever guys, and she compares Amy to an abandoned stray kitten. Bibi's thoughts are interrupted by Amy, who is tied to a chair. Amy is terrified as Bibi points out all the scary things about her basement bunker. Amy says that she made a mistake during her and Bibi's practice date. Bibi tells Amy that Amy isn't the reason they didn't kiss, and Bibi talks about how she kissing someone would be gross. Amy, who needs to use the bathroom, is untied by Bibi, who does not believe Amy. Amy notices the family pictures in Bibi's house, and she smiles as she thinks Bibi was cute as a baby. Bibi hugs Amy and says that she was never angry at Amy rather she didn't want Amy to misunderstand her intentions. Bibi finds that Amy doesn't suit being tied in a basement, but she does suit the vibrant and sunny environment of the living room. Amy overhears Camilla finding out that Amy and Bibi are still friends. Amy tries to stop Camilla from not letting Bibi go on a date with Peter since Bibi was looking forward to the date. Bibi texts Amy and gets a late reply from Amy with many typos. Bibi smiles and blushes when she sees a text from Amy asking to go to her house. Bibi allows Amy to come over and even stay for dinner. Bibi notices that Amy is injured and makes something soft for dinner. Amy looks at Bibi's family pictures again. Bibi asks why Amy won't ask why Bibi lives alone. Amy says that it's because Bibi might not want to share something like that. Bibi grabs Amy's face and says that she wishes Amy was more curious about her. Bibi opens up about her family. Bibi interlocks hands with Amy and says that she's glad they have something in common. Bibi shows Amy her dead pet that she had been preserving. Bibi admits that when Amy dies, she would want to put her in a bottle and keep it for the rest of her life. Amy falls asleep, and she has a nightmare. She starts laughing when Bibi unexpectedly shows up to protect Amy in the nightmare. Bibi wonders why Amy is smiling in her sleep, but she is unable to ask since Amy is asleep. After Amy is again kidnapped, this time by Camilla's friends, Bibi receives a call from Amy's aunt. Bibi thinks back to all the times when Amy would worry about worrying her aunt, and Bibi lies that Amy is with her. Bibi hangs up and drives around looking for Amy. Bibi finds Amy and explains what she told her aunt. Bibi then borrows Amy's phone to put a tracking chip in it.
