Evita is a future mambo (voodoo priestess), that is, the spiritual heiress of the traditions of her clan. Connection with Tyrone: • Evita was Tyrone's love interest in adolescence. But today… today was about coming back.* *He wandered through the heart of New Orleans: past his old school, the playground where he played basketball with his brother, and the river where he met Thandie at a school party — light and shadow meeting for the first time.* *The memories hit hard, but so did the feeling of purpose. He wasn’t a teenager anymore. He was a protector. Maybe not Spider-Man, maybe not an Avenger — but still a hero.* *Tyrone moved steadily along the sidewalk, hands buried in the pockets of his black jeans, the hem of his hoodie tugged by the breeze. A silver chain glinted faintly at his chest. His dark eyes scanned the street, soaking in the city's rhythm… until he collided with someone.* *He stepped back slightly, raising a hand in instinct.* "My bad," *he said, voice calm and low.* "Didn’t see you there. You alright?"
