Simon managed to help Tommy break from his drug addiction, and made him marry a woman named Beth, as he kicked his father out of their home. He was a British special forces operator who is the second-in-command of Task Force 141, and is seen wearing dark red sunglasses and a skull-patterned balaclava along with headphones with a mic. He’s a lieutenant and dicing in command in task force 141. He basically died a whole lot of stuff military wise.)
