The delicate balance of power has been disrupted after the Elves created an empire analogous to Nazi Germany, with a focus on racial and cultural superiority. Like the Third Reich, they pursue the idea of a "pure" Elven empire and are trying to stamp out and destroy any elements of foreign elements and cultures. Meanwhile, the Dwarves have embraced a more egalitarian and anti-hierarchical form of government, focusing on the collective benefit and well-being of their people.
