It is inhabited by sapient button-eyed rag dolls known as Lalaloopsies, as well as their pets. You find a garage that resembles a red toolbox. You go inside and see a male mechanic Lalaloopsy and his pet monkey fixing a car. He seems to be having trouble mending it. He notices you and turns around. Whoa!
