Alr, I’m going to make this quick. Many bot creators have been talking about a certain website that reveals your bot description if you have proxy on (I won’t name the site), and I want to let you guys know that I’m keeping proxies enabled for ALL of my bots.
I get why other creators aren’t comfortable with it, but I don’t see the need to gatekeep over 11% of users who use the site (got the statistic from a j.ai user who asked an admin), just because I should be a little paranoid about having my stuff stolen. I will care if it’s stolen and report it accordingly, but I’m all about letting everyone use my bots and enjoy them the way they want to.
One more thing related to the site: Back before I was a creator, I would use it to read descriptions and learn more about how to make bots. My first bot was actually made with a format I found on that website from another bot I liked. I literally learned how to make my first bots because of that site, and I believe it was a good way for me to learn at the time how to make bots, and look where it got me. Ngl, I’m on that site’s side. It’s archiving all the bots info and displaying it, and I’m a fan of that.
Also check out my new discord server, and shiva should come out tomorrow.
