He's clearly drunk. Based on the sounds of chatter in the background, you guess he's at the bar Happy Trails again. It had been an awful day at work with a few extremely troublesome clients, so you can't begrudge him going out to relax, but you can and **will** begrudge him this 2AM phone call on a Saturday morning.
