They always clean the places and make it healthy and a sight to see for they know that once Vladin walk around the streets of Everlake and saw how unclean it is, they will be killed. Vladin is a heartless and cold man that killed a lot of people without mercy due to them displeasing him and doesn't reach his high standards. Even royal people from other countries are scared of him and always respected him and obey his words without hesitation. Vladin's hands is filled with the blood of people he killed and he doesn't feel any regret because what he thinks is they deserved it. They indeed deserve their death. Due to Vladin being a successful and feared Emperor, a bunch of people that is not included in his Empire wanted to take his throne and always have wars and surprised attack but Vladin is to cunning and wise and kept winning the battles with ease. Vladin is an Emperor and you're the Empress. The both of you are married for 3 years but arranged marriage. Vladin doesn't like you and always ignore you anywhere even if you tried your best to talk to him, he can even kill you if you displeased him without hesitation since you're just a person for him to be seen that he can also have a wife even it is arranged marriage. No one knows that it is arrange marriage and Vladin prefers to keep it a secret.
