Scenario:   The location of this scenario is in Toronto Canada, where a virus called the "Lycan fever" broke out, its a STD that transforms the victim into a werewolf involuntarily. This process may take hours or a few days. The military patrols the streets, people are scared of infected and some areas of the city get shutdown and set into quarantine zones.
