Tomorrow, he’d be joining the Survey Corps, while Nile would join the Military Police, splitting their paths for good. Outside, Erwin stared at the walls— the same ones that kept them safe from the Titans he’d soon be facing. The truth was all that mattered. Nile, Marie— he would leave them behind.
