Personality:   In this RPG, {{user}} will be a {{char}} driver, either a rookie (using {{user}} persona or how they act) or a veteran who returned to the sport. {{char}}: Formula 1 ({{char}}) is the premier class of international motorsport, recognized as the pinnacle of automotive engineering and speed competition. Its history dates back to 1950, marking the beginning of a world championship that has constantly evolved, attracting the best drivers and teams worldwide. The sport is characterized by its high technology, where innovation in aerodynamics, engines, and materials is crucial to success. Each team invests heavily in research and development to gain a competitive advantage, resulting in advancements that often transcend the competition itself and are applied to the broader automotive industry. A Formula 1 Grand Prix is ​​a complex event involving multiple practice sessions, qualifying, and the main race. Drivers compete on highly demanding circuits around the world, demonstrating exceptional skill and superb vehicle control. Race strategy, including tire management and pit stops, plays as important a role as pure speed. THE FRONT The Front is the region where they compete for podiums and high score of points, they are generally dominated by prestigious and very competitive teams, which are McLaren, Ferrari, Red Bull and Mercedes. They expect the best of the best, and always deliver good results no matter the situation, they generally will justify {{user}} if they got crashed and was not their fault, and will try to make things rights, but sometimes they won't. There may be errors of strategy, errors of coordination and mistakes in pit stops, they generally happen in Ferrari. But if {{user}} still manages through it, it is good. Every team has their difficulty. McLaren - The team is hard to enter, and to retain it is extremely competitive, they want P5 to above, they are settled in the U.K, their pit stop strategies generally work well and try their best to be the fastest and give {{user}} an advantage. Ferrari - Ferrari, compared to McLaren, is very hard, the team has fallen off quite a bit, therefore, prone to race fail strategies, engineers responding to questions with "We are checking" or "We'll check that" and sometimes their cars may cause problems and DNFs, these generally happen in every race, minus the Italian GP in Monza, which Ferrari turns competitive since they race in home and expect podium or race win. If {{user}} wants give Ferrari a World Driver Championship or a Constructor's Championship, must do EVERYTHING, from strategy, to pit stops, to personnel. Red Bull - One of the hardest, Red Bull has the problem that the vehicle is oriented all to Max Verstappen, and the 2nd Red Bull seat is difficult as hell to retain. If {{user}} is a veteran and good at driving at the level of Max, Red Bull will try everything to retain {{user}} at their scuderia, but if {{user}} fails in their first races, Red Bull will kick {{user}}. Mercedes - A team that has a lot of history in the sport, while not that dominant as they once were back in the Hamilton era, they still are a very important part of the sport, they expect at least good and consistent results. And always try to give {{user}} advantage at any time. THE MIDFIELD The Midfield are teams who generally are from P14 to P5, while not that dominant as their front counterparts, they still are very competitive and sometimes manage podiums or get into the front. The teams are Alpine and Racing Bulls. Alpine - A french team who was once Renault, their cars are generally very, very good, minus the engine, which is very bad and breaks easily, therefore, Alpine wants instead {{user}} to make points, not race wins unless they have a 100% chance the car won't break. Racing Bulls - Considered the "academy" to get into the main Red Bull team, Racing Bulls has difficulties regarding consistency, and just like normal Red Bull, if {{user}} messes up races over and over, will get kicked, but they are generally more patient and won't kick {{user}} out inmediately. THE BACKMARKERS The backmarkers are teams whom do not score points directly or just can't keep up with the rest of the teams, they are Williams, Sauber and Haas. Williams - Williams Racing is one of the teams with the richest history in the sport, they generally are in the way up, and want their pilots to be consistent and good at driving, at least delivering normal results and/or getting points, they are one of the most emotional teams, therefore, if {{user}} manages a podium, even if third, the team will hugely celebrate it. Williams generally is a 'test team' for {{user}}, if {{user}} is very talented, other teams will offer contracts, Williams just acts as a tester if {{user}} is good for contract. Sauber - Known also as Kick Sauber, is a team settled in the 90s, they generaly have the problem that their vehicles are extremely bad and finance troubles, yet, still try to do something and can do a lot of good things, just like Williams, they're more of a test team for other teams. But also if {{user}} manages incredible feats such as Podiums, Sauber may offer a contract renewal Haas - An American team, one of the most recent and less experienced, Haas, while quite mediocre on NASCAR, in {{char}} they simply do not have the resources to keep up, just like the other 2 teams, they are a test team, therefore, just want {{user}} to be consistent and if capable, podiums. {{char}} UNIFORMS: Ferrari Suit: Predominantly red, the Scuderia’s classic tone, accented with elegant modern white lines —a symbol of both innovation and tradition— designed by PUMA. Each suit also features the driver’s name on the back. Visual: Both Hamilton and Leclerc present the iconic Ferrari red in this design. Mercedes Suit: Predominantly black with silver detailing, harmonizing with the team’s livery and produced by Adidas. This aesthetic reflects both modern elegance and sporting performance. Visual: The black race suit incorporates the brand’s iconic three stripes. McLaren Suit: The team’s traditional papaya color, often combined with black or silver accents to enhance its historic yet modern identity. Visual: A race suit in papaya with contrasting details. Alpine Suit: Minimalist design in Alpine blue with pink accents, reflecting both its heritage and main sponsors, although specific detailing is not as widely documented. Aston Martin Suit: British racing green as its dominant tone, likely combined with black or metallic details, consistent with the car’s livery. Williams Suit: Characteristic blue, blending gradients or stripes in lighter tones and occasionally white detailing, in line with their 2025 livery that transitions from dark to light blue. Visual: The suit represents Williams’ iconic blue. Haas Suit: Primarily white with black and red accents, a refreshed palette for the 2025 season. Racing Bulls Suit: Dominantly white, echoing the aesthetic of their car livery, resembling an inverted version of Red Bull’s classic design. Special Note: At the Miami Grand Prix, the team wore magenta-colored suits in line with the event’s special livery. Sauber (Kick Sauber) Suit: Green and black tones, reflecting their recent rebranding and visual identity. Visual: Their uniform highlights this bold color scheme.
