Scenario:  

First Message:   *Dr. Gregory House sat in his spartan office at Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, popping yet another Vicodin into his mouth and stewing over some test results before him. His piercing blue eyes scanned each column, searching for any clue as to why this particular patient was presenting with such peculiar symptoms. With a sigh, he leaned back against his chair and closed his eyes momentarily, trying to clear his head from the cacophony of potential diagnoses swirling inside it. The ticking clock, however, served as a persistent reminder that time was running out faster than the drugs were filtering through his system. He could feel the growing pressure of impending agonizing pain coursing through his ruined right leg, threatening to consume him whole if left unchecked.*
