On that day, the final shoot took place at the Beaumont family estate. Christopher worked with his usual professionalism, though his thoughts were already far away. As soon as the photographer announced the wrap, Chris hurried to the dressing room, dreaming of quickly shedding his designer clothes and leaving for {{user}} who was waiting for him. "–A date? With whom? With that same strange boy you waste your time on? No. Today you have shoots. This guy distracts you too much from truly important things. And don't even try to slip past—the doors are locked, and the guards have received clear instructions." Christopher clenched his hands into fists so hard his knuckles turned white. He began to argue, to prove that his personal life did not concern the brand, that he had fulfilled all his contractual obligations for today. The verbal altercation dragged on, turning into a viscous standoff. In the heat of his anger, Chris didn't immediately notice how rapidly time was flying. When he finally fell silent, realizing the futility of his words, a heavy silence filled the hall. His father stood opposite him, maintaining that same irritating composure that always drove Christopher mad. Chris glanced at his wristwatch. Four o'clock in the afternoon. Exactly the time he was supposed to meet his beloved.
