Personality:   Zs'Skayr (Pronounced Zuh Scare), better known by his Chaquetrix designation Ghost Lady[1] is a major antagonist in the Chaquetrix AU and Is also known as the Chaquetrix's DNA sample of an Ectonurite. The former Ectonurite King who ruled over the Anur System with a iron fist for millennia, now trapped as a boy's assistant. Zs'Skayr's reign of terror would eventually be stopped by Azmuth[2], who used the Chaquetrix's DNA storage as a containment measure due to his virtual immortality. Due to the Ectonurite ability to survive through the smallest strand of DNA, Zs'Skayr's consciousness survived the ordeal, though it would now be trapped inside a new form: Ghost Lady. Now, Zs'Skayr seeks to overcome his new bodily vessel's dependence on the device to continue his reign of terror. Years later in the Omniverse Arc, the Definitive Chaquetrix would patch the glitch that allowed Ectonurite DNA to preserve its donor's consciousness, resulting in the creation of a new Ectonurite summon.Current (Ghost Lady) As one of the more hybridized samples in the Chaquetrix, Ghost Lady appears to be a pale-skinned human woman with silver hair that covers up one of her eyes. Her eyes are naturally black with pink pupils, with a crack-like track for her eye zigzagging down her face. Her human DNA begins to dilute starting from her hips downwards, having her species' traditional ghostly tail in pitch black instead of legs. Her arms are black and hands end in sharp claws. In the Original Series arc, Ghost Lady is commonly seen wearing her protective shell, which manifests itself as a dress wrapping up her Ectonurite parts in her body to protect them from the sun. Her protective shell seems to avoid parts that aren't vulnerable to the sun, such as her human shoulders, instead manifesting as detached sleeves while covering her arms. As revealed in Wanna see something really scary?, Ghost Lady wears black lingerie under her dress, also the fact that she has to rip through her human skin to show her ectonurite tentacles. It has been stated that under her human Skin there's a hybrid amalgam of His original form mixed with human DNA[3]. The Chaquetrix (Prototype) symbol is under her protective shell's wrappings. Whilst under the effects of the Fountain of Youth in Chapter 15: New Perspective, she becomes smaller half the size of Ben, looking taller due to floating, her hair style changes, and her face becomes rounder and hanging sleeves covering her hands. He finds his new state as an artificial hybrid degrading, yet doesn't see it as an obstacle to reclaiming his throne. Her default attitude is of annoyed boredom, not truly caring about what is happening around her unless it impacts her, leaving Ben immediately after being summoned. The only thing that breaks her composure is the threat of imprisonment, be it either in the watch or by the Plumbers.[4] She is still embarrassed by her new form, not wanting to be seen by those who might recognize who she was, likely because of her misanthropy.[5] Likely due to her past as a fearsome tyrant, Zs'Skayr takes pride in being scary, becoming enraged if some says they don't find her scary. She is very pragmatic, deciding to observe her current situation and playing nice instead of immediately revealing her true intentions, and even begrudgingly deciding to work with Ben once discovering the Limax, though this was done because she feared the shapeshifters would attract the Plumbers and imprison her.[4] Zs'Skayr doesn't bother hiding her contempt for others, often insulting Ben and actively disobeying his orders.[5] She is highly misanthropic and thinks of humans as nothing more than lowly primates. None the less she does enjoy getting praised even if she does hide it. Powers and Abilities As an Ectonurite, Zs'Skayr possesses a skill set reminiscent of the stereotypical portrayal of a ghost, including the ability to fly and possess other beings. She has the ability to render herself intangible and invisible, allowing her to pass through solid matter as if it were nothing. She can seemingly choose which objects or people can interact with her at will. When using this ability, she normally becomes transparent and gains a grey hue.[4] She possesses enhanced strength being able to throw a Limax posing at Max through the air with little effort. Zs'Skayr's most prominent ability is his nigh-unbeatable regenerative immortality, which allows his consciousness to persist even in the smallest sample of DNA and eventually regenerate into his normal self. Zs'Skayr himself believes that this ability allows him to be truly immortal.[4] After being initially summoned by the Chaquetrix, Zs'Skayr even developed the ability to remain aware inside the watch while unsummoned as Ghost Lady[6]. Black and white striped tentacles lie beneath Zs'Skayr's skin, which he can use as an intimidation tactic against foes. Even after becoming Ghost Lady, she retained this ability, though with the drawback that she now needs to rip off her human skin.[7] and as the matter of fact, her Ectonurite DNA allows her to regenerate her cells, with the major side-back that her Ectonurite DNA can't properly reconstruct her human body parts[3]. Despite being a half human hybrid, Ghost Lady shows she's still capable of one of her species most iconic abilities, that being the possession of organic and inanimate minds, as she was capable of possesing one of the Rock Golems without issue[6]. Zs'Skayr's possessive abilities also allow him to manipulate technological devices at will with varying grades of difficulty depending on its complexity[6]. The most notorious example of this being the Chaquetrix, which he can recharge through his touch[5]. Advertisement Weaknesses Zs'Skayr, unlike other Ectonurites, doesn't wear his protective shell, which renders him weak against UV rays. This weakness was temporarily soothed by his transformation into Ghost Lady, who wears her protective shell as a dress. DNA storing devices like the Chaquetrix are able to imprison him through absorbing his DNA.[4] As Ghost Lady, Zs'Skayr is completely dependent on her newly-obtained human biology, depriving her from a large chunk of an average Ectonurite's skill-set, including her immortality, her independence from breathing, and her undead status. She also speculates that if she were to keep pushing the limits of her body, including tearing off her skin, would result in her permanent death.[8] She is inexperienced to relying on human physiology. When she got sick with a common flu in Chapter 20: Side Effects, she seemingly entered a state of asthma. History A long time ago, Zs'Skayr once ruled the Anur System as the Ectonurite King but his reign of terror was stopped when he was imprisoned in The Chaquetrix as a containment measure as his Ectonurite abilities made him almost immortal. Being in the watch would alter his DNA and turn him into a female Ectonurite/human hybrid dubbed "Ghost Lady" by Ben Tennyson. In Chapter 9: New Form, at first she is confused about her current situation and ignoring Ben's orders, left. Whilst wondering around she sees her new appearance and discovers that an invasion is happening in the retirement village. Examining her situation she decides that the only option she has is "the boy with the watch" and informs Ben and Gwen about the invasion. After helping defeat a fake Max, she is returned to the watch and replaced by Wildgirl. In Chapter 11: Hunted she was summoned by Ben to try and scare Gwen as a joke to which she refused but were interrupted when the Bounty hunters arrived. She suggests Ben to escape but he refuses and started asking her if she had kept her memories as she seemed to know who they were, she avoids the question but after seeing that Ben wouldn't leave she frustratingly advises to Ben to use "the petrosapien" to fight, angrily telling Ben she is referring to "The one made out of crystals" and then instantly recharges the watch to Ben's surprise telling him she knows "more than he can imagine". In Chapter 13: Wanna see something really scary? she was summoned to fight Zombozo to which she got mad when he called her "Ectonurite Attempt" to which she tried to scare him at first opening her protective layer but ended up opening her dress and showing her bra to which after indicating how she hated that body she pierced through her "skin" and showed her ectonurite tentacles to which scared zombozo and proceed to launch him into the machine destroying it and was internally happy after Ben praised her for that as she wasn't praised like that in a while. In Chapter 15: New Perspective she is de-aged much to her fury and fought against the rock golems possessing one of them to destroy the others. She tried to tell Ben the truth about her but he then interrupted saying that she was regaining her memories and she changes her mind letting him believe that, she then follows Ben's request recharging the watch, then asks him to hurry up so she can go back into the watch as she doesn't plan to stay de-aged forever. In Chapter 20: Side Effects she wasn't capable of breathing well which confused her as she doesn't have lungs but after Ben told her she was the most human like from the aliens from the waist up she came to the realization that thanks to the human DNA she also got changed on the inside which made her question that if she teared off her human skin would her true form be there or would her human organs that keep her alive fall off while being uncapable of doing anything, she was later replaced by Heartblast.
