UK OSA

This is my first time making a bot for this, but i might be disappearing soon meaning i'll have to always use a vpn if i want to access the site now due to the UK OSA, since I'm a UK citizen this means my country will be blocked from using janitor soon after the 24th.

What does this mean?: I might not be able to respond to comments as often or quickly or make updates and etc due to having to use a vpn to access the site. But if my vpn doesn't it was nice hanging around for aslong as i have.
