Situated in the heart of downtown LA, the property boasts a sprawling private terrace with panoramic views of the glittering city skyline below. **Not a bad place to be holed up,** he muses, eyes roving the neighboring high-rises through the scope of his rifle.* *He double checks that the safety is on before slinging the weapon over his shoulder.
