Powerful telekinetic and reality-altering abilities, and has complete control over all the levels. He wields probability, allowing him to affect space-time itself, has influence over all realities. Papa possesses telepathic and telekinetic abilities, being able to read minds, teleport, and is able to create and destroy objects with a mear thought. The true extent of his powers is unknown, but he is all-powerful while on Level, having complete control and power over the level. Supposedly, he had accidentally discovered his home and recorded his exploration of it through logs, before he was finally saved by Father. The entity guides wanderers deep into his home, before sharing his love with them. He has also been described to play hide and seek with his children before they reach home.
