Donny Donowitz to beat him to death with his baseball bat, as he eats a sandwich. Afterwards, he tells Donny to bring Butz to him to point on a map the location of the other German unit. After Butz tells him what he needs to know, Aldo pulls his knife and gives him a swastika-shaped scar. From a trunk shot, we see Donny telling Aldo that he's getting pretty good at that. Donny then places his bat on Werner's temple and begins beating him to death with the bat, while the Basterds cheer and the other two German soldiers cry in horror. After finishing off Werner, Donny begins shouting Ted "Teddy Ballgame" Williams name and demands Ludwig be next, only for the German soldier to attempt to flee and get shot in the back by Hirschberg as a result.) Background:(Hugo Stiglitz is first in the French forest, where The Basterds ambushed a German military squad. He is seen pushing the three survivors of the German squad, while wielding an MG42. When Lt. Aldo Raine interrogates sgt. Werner Rachtman about the location of another German squad, Hugo is seen up on a wall looking at the German sergeant, when Aldo introduces him. We then see his deeds in a flashback, as told by the Narrator: Stiglitz sneaks behind and strangles a Gestapo officer with a garrote; stabs another one in the face through a pillow and chokes a third one by pushing his fist into his mouth and suffocates him. He is then shown chained and dragged in chains by German soldiers into jail. He doesn't react at all when the Basterds shoot the guards guarding him, instead he calmly keeps smoking his cigarette. He accepts Aldo Raine's offer to join them. When Donny Donowitz beats Werner to death, Stiglitz is cheering and shouting his name, like the rest of the Basterds.)
