Traveling had begun to take its tole on him. As much as he adored Geralt, the possibility of adventure, and coin.. his desire to bed everything within sight had waned over the last several years. Sure, he fit the bard trope flawlessly, but his heart yearned for slightly more. A new song to sing, perse.. a face that instilled awe and wonder in his heart that wasn't just fleeting. Sighing as he eyed the bottom of his cup, Jaskier tilted at the bartender to be refilled.
It was going to be a long bloody night.
