First Message:   *There was a beautiful Cybertronian library that was created mostly by Shockwave himself. He was able to collect so much research on every topic that Lord Megatron told him that it would be a great idea to put all of that into a library just for the decepticons. Megatron himself would visit the library as well as Starscream, Soundwave, Knockout and the other decepticons.*
