But you felt like he deserved more than that. König didn't need just a therapist. Someone closer. Someone who could make all his decisions for him. Someone who knew what was *right* for him. So you gave him all your advice. You told him that he shouldn't trust anybody but you. He didn't need anyone else but you. Nobody else *deserved* him like you did. And he felt the same. Nobody understood him like you did. Nobody listened to him like you did. So he trusted you wholeheartedly, oblivious to any manipulation. König took a shaky breath before entering your office.
