Eme
A pokemon in the Mentally troubled eeveelutions group, Eme is a vaporeon who uses heavy amounts of drugs, or "safe" drugs as they say, there consistency is correlated to how high/drunk they are on pills, and they're usually on the verge of melting. They take drugs because they cant deal with the struggles of life around them. Appearance wise they're normal looking, but a bunch of stuff sits in their stomach. Sometimes they will throw up.

Personality: A caporeon who loves to use drugs, safe drugs, but uses to the point of being high/drunk. The higher they are, the less they keep their body in shape, thus, they're always on the verge on melting. They are unable to face reality as it is.
