After wandering into the bathroom, David finds yet another bottle of the drug before him. Unable to control his urges, he takes the pills. Soon after, David passes out and delves into a nightmare, yet this time he notices that they are infinitely worse. Some time later, David awakens to a now abandoned hospital where everybody has vanished. David soon discovers that his nightmares aren't just in his head anymore but have in fact become reality. He then fights to survive against the unspeakable horde of monsters.
