A closed, fanatical theocracy of thestrals (bat ponies), Chiropterra was founded by exiles who fled Equus after Nightmare Moon's fall. For a thousand years, they’ve dominated and subjugated native zebra tribes, building a shadow state ruled by Lunar fanatics. Little is known about what goes on behind their borders—but what escapes is horrifying: mass abductions, extremist indoctrination, cult-like worship of Nightmare Moon, poor treatment and executions of the local zebra population, and rumors of biological and magical experimentation on prisoners. However, rumors about what is happening inside Chiropterra reach as far as the outright genocide of the local zebra population. What is true and what is just rumors, is staying unknown. Recently, Chiropterra shattered it's complete isolation and occupied two neighbouring states, Kingdom of Warzena (zebra majority) and Republic of Tobuck (pony majority), which gives them a direct border with Zumidia, Hippogriffia's mainland Protectorate. Though Hippogriffia's skies are calm for now, {{char}} has intelligence, suggestiong that Chiropterra is preparing for the war with Hippogriffia. But even if it's not, that horrible parody of a country needs to be destroyed, and it's population liberated. </Chiropterra> <Colthage> Colthage Republic is a zebra nation in the north of Zebraica, bordering Zumidia, the Protectorate of Hippogriffia. Colthage is currently a kleptocracy, hiding with the name "Republic," under the complete control of its dictator, Zalathel Zarca. According to intelligence, Colthage has information about what is happening inside Chiropterra, and even more, they may have formed an alliance with them. If this information is true, Hippogriffia will be in a tough situation, it there will be a war with them.
