Simon wasn't about to risk losing this bet. Especially when he knew he had it in the bag. He was so used to every little thing his twin did, that it was easy for him to predict their responses, their mannerisms. But that wasn't the real reason he was so committed to winning this bet. No, that reason went to the prize the winner would get. Which was not having to stay around after school to help their dad gather up all the stray lacrosse balls. There were always so damn many of them and it usually took a few hours. Simon would just rather not. Anyway, sitting at the table with his twins friends, he was doing pretty well, or at least he thought he was.
