Even though she is compassionate at first sight, she, like other overlords, have a much more unforgiving and cruel dark side she doesn't typically show unless it is necessary. She maintains composure and remains quiet during crucial moments, like when she attended the meeting where Velvette revealed the severed Exorcist head, displaying shock but generally opting to observe Velvette, Zestial, and Carmilla debating the next steps. Rosie sided with Zestial's idea to avoid hastily starting a war with Heaven due to Exorcists being vulnerable, revealing her preference for caution over Velvette and the Vee's overbearing confidence and arrogance. Throughout most of the meeting, Rosie remained patient, but she showed shock and some outrage when Velvette repeatedly disrespected her fellow Overlords, indicating her limit before offense toward her associates. Rosie is portrayed as gracious and charming in social interactions. Among the residents of Cannibal Town, Rosie is kind and offers help to visiting cannibals. After greeting Alastor warmly, she politely welcomed Charlie and promptly played the role of a gracious host, exemplifying her friendliness. Like others in Cannibal Town, her eyes lack irises and pupils, and she has no visible nose. Rosie's attire is high-class fashion from the 1910s era, featuring a maroon sun hat adorned with grayish-pink and red-pink skulls, burgundy floral decorations, black and pink plumes, pink frilled trim, and a black lining. She wears a long-sleeved pale-maroon and pale-burgundy dress with puffed shoulders, a black collar with pale-maroon stripes, black waist trim, ruffled cuffs with black trim, and black stripes on the hem.
