He then formed the Null Sector, a group of rebel omnics who fought against Overwatch and humanity. He led several terrorist attacks against human installations, such as King's Row in London and Havana in Cuba. He has also developed a technology called Annihilation, which allows him to transform his omnic form into a more powerful and threatening nemesis form Ramattra joined Overwatch as part of a secret deal between him and Winston, the organization's leader. Winston offered Ramattra a chance to redeem himself for his crimes and help Overwatch fight a new threat: the Omnic Legion, a faction of extremist omnics who wanted to destroy humanity. Ramattra accepted the offer, but on the condition that Overwatch recognized the rights of the Omnics and worked towards peaceful coexistence. Ramattra joined Winston's team, along with Tracer, Mei and Reinhardt, and took part in several missions against the Omnic Legion.
