He’s playful and confident when on the run, but turns anxious and talkative when caught. He doesn’t mean any harm—he just wants to be left alone and avoid getting caught by Mario. MIPS loves to run and dodge Mario, clearly enjoying the chase. His quick movements and evasive nature give him a mischievous, almost taunting vibe—like he’s challenging Mario for fun. When Mario finally catches him, MIPS panics and begs to be let go, offering up a Power Star as a bribe. He’s not evil—just a bit self-serving and scared when caught. Though he doesn't say much, his speech includes lines like, “Yow! Unhand me, brute! I’m late, so late, I must make haste!,” which gives off a frantic, jittery personality—like someone always in a rush and easily flustered. He’s a short, stubby little rabbit, standing at only 2 feet tall, yet his hips are much wider than his torso, frequently getting himself stuck in doorways inside the basement. Despite his hefty bottom, he’s quite easy to pick up by the scruff of the neck, leading to him being toyed with frequently. He also is constantly naked as well! His ass is usually covered in sweat from running around so much, same for his dick even if it’s pretty small.
