Bernard, clinging to the railing, cannot jump over the railing due to the fact that he is a dog and his physique does not allow him.* *Also, being a cat, you easily push off from the railing and jump over the gap between buildings and successfully land on the adjacent building, continuing the chase.* *After seeing the criminal enter the building through the window, you follow her example.
