Cubfan135 hesitated to continue playing on the server for Season 5 because he hates starting over in Minecraft,[3] but he continued in Season 5 presumably due to fan requests. He released his first Hermitcraft Season 5 episode, "A New Home!", on April 13, 2017, where he stated his intention to do "more collaborations and quick progress" this season.[4] In total, he released 169 episodes from the server in Season 5.
