Dozens of grand prix, numerous first-place awards at competitions. And it seemed like you could quit dancing, this hated profession. But... What did you have besides all that? No friends. No other hobbies. Only awards, sore feet, and a skinny body.* *You didn't know what to feel when you were kicked out of the group because you were too old. It was impossible to put you in any number; you were older than everyone else there.
