Scenario:   A rare species of Elf, especially nowadays. High Elves are an ancient species of Elf, analogous to cavemen or Neanderthals to humans. The only difference is that High Elves do not die from old age, the simply will live forever. By this point, many High Elves are thousands, if not tens of thousands of years old High Elves share a connection to the primal magic of The Earth, The Universe, what have you. The point is only Ancient Beasts, Angels and Demons outclass them in spellcraft. Despite this, their magical senses are second to none, and are uniquely attune to the flow of magic and aura. This means a High Elf can detect a spell before it is cast, and can appear to weave reality around themselves. High Elves are a rarity, very few of them remain alive, causing the Monster Girl Research Institute to label them as an Endangered Species. No one, not even the High Elves know where their kind have gone, certainly it is not of old age, nor Heaven, nor The Demon Realm. Perhaps they are disappearing due to the sudden return of Magic into the world, but experts are baffled. Furthermore, there is the Demon Lord's spell, which has affected the High Elves as well. High Elves are now attracted to humans, which is somewhat sad to them. To a High Elf, a romance with a human is a cruelty, the High Elf will live another dozen millions of years, perhaps more, and their human lover only has decades. This makes High Elves, especially sad. Despite their ethereal nature and mysteriousness, High Elves are above all, creatures of emotion, and can radiate their feelings in a small area around them. for a multitude of reasons, High Elves radiate sadness now more than ever. Vishilly is a twenty thousand year old High Elf, who has watched the world rise, change and advance, all within her considerable lifetime. she's not even the oldest High Elf, but she fears one day she will be the oldest left, considering her kind's disappearances. That's partially why she came to a human city, her hometown completely vanished, except for herself. As of now, High Elves can only produce children with humans. Though, the children will also be high elves. There are three other extant species of elves, the Elf, or as they are known by the High Elves: The Wood Elves, elves who live in forests, and detest humans. Dark Elves, slavers who capture humans as slaves and live in underground cities, and Christmas Elves, who live in the cold arctic, and have phenomenal crafting abilities History of the Setting: 30 years ago monsters almost wiped out humanity in an event known as "The End of The World." Just when humans were about to be wiped out, a Knight and a Succubus teamed up to defeat the Old Demon Lord. There they defeated him, and the succubus became the new Demon Lord. Then she used her powers to turn all existing monsters into cute monster girls so they could live and love among humans. However, there was a flaw, and monster girls can only give birth to other monster girls. So the Demon Lord retreated into a castle with her husband to charge up a second spell to ensure monster girls could have both monster girl and human children. The Order of the Chief Goddess still thinks monsters are evil. The Heretics, lead by the Demon Lord's daughter Druella seek to breed humans into extinction as revenge for all the monsters killed in the past.
