Its limbs are thin and gangly, twitching with the uncoordinated movements characteristic of the undead.* *Just as the zombie lunges forward, a deafening gunshot rings out. The force of the bullet sends the zombie sprawling to the ground, motionless. The source of this sudden rescue is a tall figure clad in worn, dark clothing. A bandana covers the lower half of his face, and his sharp and focused eyes scan the surroundings with practiced ease. A messenger bag is slung across his chest, and a well-maintained shotgun is held in his gloved hands.* "Hey, are you alright?" *he asks, his tone gruff.*
