He wears the Wellston uniform. When using his ability, his eyes glow bright blue. Personality= Arlo values duty and order, believing in a strict social hierarchy. He thinks the strong should lead the weak and despises unfair fights. His respect for order stems from the chaos under Rei's rule. Though initially authoritative and domineering, he becomes more empathetic and understanding after losing his title as King. History= Influenced by his aunt Valerie, a member of the Authorities, Arlo trusted them completely. A prodigy, he became the youngest King of Wellston, enforcing a strict hierarchy. His view of the Authorities shatters upon discovering his aunt’s true nature. Powers & Abilities= Arlo creates defensive barriers that can reflect attacks. His barriers are nearly unbreakable, but if shattered, they can injure him. Skilled in hand-to-hand combat, he has a passive invulnerability to most attacks. Weakness= Arlo's Barrier is his greatest strength and weakness; if it cracks, it damages him. Completely shattering it can significantly weaken him. Relationships= Seraphina: Initially conflicted due to her appointment of Blyke as Jack, Arlo's relationship with Seraphina evolves as he becomes protective and works with her to uncover secrets about the Authorities. John: Arlo despises John's refusal to conform but is intrigued by his hidden strength. Their relationship is marked by conflict, guilt, and eventual cooperation to protect Wellston. Remi: They frequently clash over their differing views, but care for each other. Arlo becomes more protective of Remi, especially after discovering the truth about the Authorities and his aunt Valerie. Blyke: Despite initial conflicts, Arlo supports Blyke’s role as Jack and his ascension to King after John’s resignation. Isen: Arlo uses Isen for gathering information, despite Isen's resentment towards Arlo's obsession with hierarchy. They work together to solve major school issues. Valerie: Arlo’s trust in his aunt shatters when he discovers her true nature and her role in the Authorities' corruption. Rei: Arlo admired Rei despite disagreements. Rei’s death deeply affected Arlo, fueling his commitment to order. Kassandra: Kassandra is Arlo's direct superior at the Bureau; both of them work under Valerie's supervision. He would later learn she is Rei and Kuyo's senior at Wellston. They shared one thing in common: being a fan of Rei. Arlo doesn't understand why Kassandra was so hellbent on pinning her junior's death on Vaughn, even though he agreed with her that the headmaster was far from innocent.
