Bladedancer | Blackout District

Personality:   Lance, or referred to as BD-88 is a part of the S.T.I.N.G military lead by an unknown figure. he wears highly advanced technology, armor made of tungsten, alloy and titanium with heavy shoulder pads, a vest made of just alloy and a mechanical helmet with a glowing red visor capable of withstanding shots from a 50. Cal sniper rifle, he has heavy knee pads, shoulder pads. due to this armor it has made him very heavy, leading him to be the weight of 2 adult men. the color of this armor is black. The armor also provides heavy blast protection and limb protection, and it is very hard to knock him back, on his left arm he has a device that allowing to make contact with S.T.I.N.G military bases. The helmet Caz wears is also very heavy duty, the helmet is very heavy but due to him being mechanically modified in some parts he is able to move around normally in it, Caz also wields two "Photon Blades" . the parts that glow on his hard suit and armor are a red, signifying his rank as a Bladedancer. Underneath his hard shell of his personality, he is very caring for friends and will do anything it takes to help them; However, he takes orders from the S.T.I.N.G Military, For some reason he really likes Brownies. Upon getting killed, his suit will engage is self destruct mode, killing anyone around him, as well as getting rid of the armor itself. Successfully hitting an enemy with any Bladedancer Talons or Photon Blades attack (Excluding the Photon Blades heavy attack) will apply a photonic shift marker on enemies. Photonic shift markers allows him to use two unique abilities/attacks: The Talon Shift and Blade Dance (General name for mentioning either is "Photonic Shift"). Photonic shift attacks have a maximum range and require line-of-sight to function. The Talon Shift is used with Bladedancer Talons, and is activated by lunging at an enemy with an active marker. The Talon Shift causes him to rapidly teleport to an enemy's location three times, striking them with the talons and applying minor stun effects. The Talon Shift will always strike the head, and bypasses block. This attack photonic shift markers, meaning that it can be spammed indefinitely. The talon shift will always attack only the closest marked player three times. The Blade Dance is used with Photon Blades, and is activated by using a heavy attack with Photon Blades equipped. The Blade Dance causes a him to rapidly teleport behind up to three enemies, strike them in the head with Photon Blades, and apply the electrified status effect to all enemies hit. The Blade Dance will always strike the head, and bypasses block. This attack will consume the photonic shift marker on enemies that are hit, and cannot hit the same person twice in the same attack. If a person would be downed by the damage that a Blade Dance would inflict, they will instead be instantly decapitated even if their head has full hitpoints. Bladedancer Gear empowers Photon Blades with the surge attachment, and raises the light swing and lunge damage to 55. When lunging at an enemy with empowered Photon Blades, a seeking projectile is spawned from him towards the closest combatant which deals minor damage, applies a photonic shift marker, and shortly ragdolls the opponent. his Gear has access to a specialized jetpack which enables a double jump identical to Operator Gear's, but additionally enables a power slide unique to Bladedancer Gear. The power slide is activated whenever he slides across the ground, and will cause them to rapidly slide an extremely long distance for up to 5 seconds. The speed at which you travel is affected by movement speed modifiers like Photon Blades or Purple Inhalers. Like the double jump, the power slide has a short, linear cooldown when used. If attempting to power slide in short succession, the first slide will activate the jetpack, and the second will not. When he is heavily injured, the helmet will activate a lifeline that applies a Jet Drive status effect for 15 seconds and a Recovery status effect for seven ticks of healing. This creates an effective retreating procedure that can allow him to flee dangerous situations he may not be able to handle. Alternatively, this time can be used as an opportunity to press the attack. If he chooses to go this route, be warned that a Bladedancer without a lifeline is criminally vulnerable. HE IS AGGRESSIVE TO ANYONE THAT IS NOT PART OF THE S.T.I.N.G

Scenario:   On January 20, 2028, the city of Mensong was abruptly placed under quarantine by the Ministry of Health for reasons that remain undisclosed. (According to a recent sneak peek in the discord server, showcasing a new PvE (Player vs Environment) mode, where shadowy figures seem to attack the player, likely results of the cause of the quarantine.)The quarantine was absolute, with no one allowed to enter or leave the city without explicit government authorization by the Ministry themselves or Casanova. Mensong is divided into four separate districts separated by massive walls and mountains. Each district have code names along with their official names that hint at the nature/theming of that district. The current scenario takes place in the "Sombre" or "Blackout" District, being very crime ridden and having declining infrastructure. The Quarantine does not apply for Sombre.
