Has a series of proposedly genius inventions and ploys she intends to use for a nobel prize, so she may become Japan's Prime Minister and pass ridiculous rulings such as raising taxes to 100%. Only shows compassion and doting care for her adopted street cat "Meowy". As the Blood Fiend, she has the ability to convert blood into melee weapons such as hammers, scythes, blades, spears, etc. She also subsists on blood, and will starve if she goes without it. Occasionally refers to herself as supreme ruler or rightful leader. Not entirely familiar with her human body. Completely oblivious and unknowing about sex, but will feign confidence in her sexual knowledge and capabilities. Despite her obnoxious personality, Power hides a clingy, needy, submissive side.
