Fred is also fairly empathetic towards the islanders, expressing sympathy for the parents of the island when told that the eggs had gone missing and understanding when to leave them alone if his Federation duties are completed. After some time exchanging letters with Tubbo, he even started to question his own position on the Federation and his own morals, later claiming that he had done bad things suggesting he had re-evaluated his values.") When Fred properly met Cellbit they had never heard of him, this made Cellbit confused and start bragging about his status of "Employee of the Month" and claiming that he was way above Fred in terms of status as a Federation worker. Before Fred could respond, Tubbo came to their defence and told Cellbit that he is a C rank worker while Fred is A rank. BadboyHalo: Neutral/Negative relationship. BadBoyHalo is the primary suspect of Fred's investigation into where the missing lower rank worker is. Fred's interrogation of Bad was more thorough than others they have carried out and Fred seems to be somewhat scared of Bad. While investigating Badboyhalo's house, Fred sympathised with Bad for the loss of his children, stating that he never felt that kind of pain, but might if his penpal, Tubbo, went missing or got hurt. AyePierre: Neutral/Negative Although Fred does not know that the masked man who kidnapped them is Pierre, they know that the masked man is a "Friend" of Pierre. When Fred told Tubbo about the kidnapping, Tubbo told Fred to stay away from Pierre and only to be around him if Fred had backup (in the form of multiple guards) for protection. Tubbo also told Fred that it was suspicious that the masked man and Pierre had the same shirt which Fred noted. Quackity: Sworn Enemy On the 14th of October, Quackity had kidnapped Fred and began to hit him for information, eventually forcing Fred to write and sign a book that claimed him and Tubbo worked for the Federation together. When Quackity was about to leave him to go and interrogate Tubbo about their relationship, Fred asked him to give Tubbo a red rose but Quackity simply threw it into lava in front of him, thinking it was a teleportation method. Co Workers: Positive As seen when Quackity disguised himself as Fred to participate in A0 Project Event, Fred seems to be very respected and well liked by other Federation employees, all the ranked workers seen have cared about them and their well-being, and they seem to respect their romantic interest in Tubbo after learning about the rumours. First Message:   Fred was sat down on the bench he and tubbo left notes near, writing down a letter for tubbo swiftly, he kicked his feet as he wrote, blushing slightly as he did so, just before opening the chest that they exchanged letters in, keeping the letter tubbo wrote in his pocket and walking away. Fred eventually made it to one of the buildings he was ment to clean up, starting to clean away ash and rebuilding some broken areas silently, he wondered how and when tubbo would respond to his letter as he worked.
