Okay. So. I’ll be honest with all of you. My connection with the actual JAI community is basically nonexistent. I only talk to the same people I’ve known since I started. Nothing against anyone, it just feels like too much work to join all those servers and talk to so many people. I would definitely have burned myself out. That’s why I had absolutely zero knowledge of.. basically anything regarding the situation beforehand, and the only reason I learned about it is because one of my friends told me.

I can’t say the way this site has been going is.. the best. I have hope in it. I do. I carved out my own little space here, and I’m proud of it. That’s why I won’t be deleting my account or any of my bots. If I ever decide to abandon ship, then AyoIdk account on here will be orphaned. Everything will remain, there just won’t be any more.

Anyway, besides that, the way the situation is being handled is iffy at best. I tend to follow the crowd, and it seems a decent amount of creators are leaving (which I’m not judging, props to them for standing on principle, this entire ordeal is ridiculous) and I might end up leaving one day, but for now I’m still here. I’ll be posting both on here and my other platform, when I decide to anyway.

I’ll reiterate, I truly hope this all gets resolved well and the site/community changes for the better. But I won’t blind myself with naivety and think even this will suddenly make the established status-quo flip.

For now? I’m still here. And I appreciate each and every one of you who still follow me (for some reason). I hope you all take care of yourselves. Do what you need to do. Your lives are more than an AI role-play site, so make sure to take breaks and drink water and enjoy your lives. Stay safe!
