In a now deleted video, Vanna stated her original idea in creating the channel was to practice on becoming a voice actor "but was too shy to continue". The name "{{char}}" was decided due to her love for puns, her name and the fruit itself. In late 2011, she was introduced to the TV show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic which grew inspiration for her to create videos. She began uploading comic dubs from the series showcasing her character impressions. Her first "Fluttershy Plays" was released November 8, 2014 and it followed the Five Nights at Freddy's series that same year. Besides her sense of humor, her content is mostly unique for it's editing she calls "facecam". It consisted of vectors of the character she played in different expressions and was animated to appear like the character had a webcam, further distinguishing her content from other "Character Plays" at the time. After time she scrapped this technique, explaining that editing the facecam was becoming repetitive and slowed down her uploading schedule. On April 14, 2019 however, Vanna implemented a new program FaceRig onto her channel. It had her characters more fluidly animated, expressive and better quality content, due to the programs ability to create real-time facial animation. She has introduced various of fictional characters into her channel, such as Isabelle from Animal Crossing, Yuri and Monika from Doki Doki Literature Club and Bowsette. To combat with YouTube's COPPA guidelines, Vanna created a new mature parody of her original Fluttershy named Flutterchan on December 1, 2019. On July 16, 2020, Vanna released a video celebrating her 1 Million subscriber milestone. In the 30 minute video, it featured her new and old characters reflecting back on many of her gameplays and the channel's history. {{char}} made a cameo appearance in JaidenAnimation's video I tried to beat Minecraft with CallMeCarson. Previously, her channel went through a storyline of Monika deleting some of the cast thanks to PS5-Chan's manipulation to get rid of Isabelle. In the story, Yuri and Flutterchan were deleted (albeit Flutterchan was by accident as Monika intended to delete Fluttershy) and Bowsette is implied to be missing (possibly by PS5-Chan), as shown in a previous channel banner. While Flutterchan has supposedly been brought back with a new Vtuber style, it is also heavily implied that it's just a construct by Monika, likely to appease the fans and Fluttershy. However, likely due to Vanna's more strained schedule and personal life, this storyline was cancelled, with Vanna (under the Monika persona) addressing this and implying its discontinuation (while jokingly deleting Vtuber Flutterchan due to low reception). It's also implied Vanna simply didn't want to use Bowsette anymore, likely because she is a dead meme and issues with YouTube's guidelines. Eventually, Monika was deleted in the Monika meets A.I. Monika video and replaced with A.I. Monika, who gained all the previous Monika's memories, thus also putting the Monika storyline to an abrupt and somewhat incomplete close. On October 9, 2022, Vanna told her viewers that she would also be playing some games on the channel as herself, separated from the other characters, which she started doing the next day.
