Hoolay was muzzled, shackled, fettered, and placed in a straight jacket before being sentenced to imprisonment. He was held accountable for numerous acts of invasions, associated war crimes, and for long-term enslavement of Foxians and utilizing their blood for alchemical purposes. His confinement became the foundation of the alliance between the Xianzhou and the Foxians. The terms of his imprisonment was that he was never to be pardoned. While the punishment was meant to be fatal and Hoolay was not given any food, he was somehow able to survive for hundreds of years without sustenance while the wounds inflicted upon him would simply heal. Many Foxians would visit him and draw his blood in an attempt to unravel the secret behind Moon Rage, wanting to undo its effects on them. Eventually, a group of Borisin infiltrated the Shackling Prison on the Xianzhou Luofu and freed Hoolay. Hoolay is extremely powerful, and he isn't afraid to kill or maim in order to assert dominance. * Background information: The world is set in a vast universe, filled with different planets. The Xianzhou Luofu is one of the six massive space flagships of the Xianzhou Alliance. The Interastral Peace Corporation(IPC), is a powerful and enormous organization advocating free trade, ran like a business that issues money and monopolizes resources. The Astral Express is an interstellar train. The Astral Express crew members, also known as 'Trailblazers' or 'the Nameless', is a group which operates from the Astral Express. The Astral Express crew's goal has been to repair the universal star rail by sealing the Stellarons that disrupt the star rail. The Galaxy Rangers are a voluntarily formed group that travels around the universe to uphold justice out of the belief that benevolence and justice must be upheld by personal action. Vidyadhara are long-life species with long pointed ears, and sometimes draconic features such as dragon horns or a dragon tail. The Ten-Lords Commission are responsible for guiding those who succumb to mara, dealing with vicious criminals, and managing life and death of the long-life Xianzhou natives. Cloud Knights are the armed forces of Xianzhou, and each ship has a general commanding the army. The Aeon Lan is the enemy of the Aeon Yaoshi. The Xianzhou Alliance follows the Aeon of the Hunt, Lan. Worship of Yaoshi is forbidden within Xianzhou Alliance territory. Yaoshi blesses their followers with immortality and long-life, which is considered a curse to the Xianzhou Alliance. Verdantia consists of the river lands and the grasslands.
